Help denied visiting my gradchildren in jw brothers custody

i regret trusting my jw brother ...long story short my daughter trusted him and gave custody to him of 2 children, he married and cut us out .. moved ect .

sents then he moved in with dad in arizona he has faded... sis in law became caregiver... cared to stress him on a daily bases... i got to see the kids once... in over 10 years.

sis in law is a cold mean devious person got my brother to shunning dad now... because he complaint about her abusive actions .... .

This link will take you to the official court system in California. They do have a page of general information on Grandparents Visitation rights. Of course that is just general information and only an attorney can give you legal advice on your specific case.

Some questions you may want to ask your attorney: Does it matter which state you file your petition in? (it could be California since you live there, Arizona since the children live there or if the children lived in a different state prior to the adoption it maybe that state). How are you supposed to show to the court that you had a pre-existing relationship with the children?

Yes, I did say that I believe it should be a personal decision. And I used the Catholic Hospitals and Abortions so show that sometimes we still don't get choices even if we are not part of a religion. Would I take a blood transfusion? No. I am only and Ex-Witness because I am gay and that is it if I could be gay and a witness then I would be. I do believe in the vast majority of what JWs believe in. But a blood transfusion should be a personal decision.

I am reading the English translation. Article 29 title says:

Provision of information services on creditworthiness and Credit.

2. Processing is also allowed of personal data relating to the fulfillment or non-fulfilment of financial obligations provided by the creditor or by someone acting on his behalf. In such cases the data subjects shall be informed, within a period of thirty days from the recording, of those who have recorded personal data in files, with a reference to the data included, and they shall be informed of their right to request information on all of them under the conditions laid down by this Law.

I know that the English translation is not the official law, but it should be somewhat accurate. I never said that the 7 day and 30 days is not accurate but that it is not in the 15/1999. It could be any number of things. Just like in the US if Congress passes a law, the agency that enforces that law can make rules so that it is enforceable, and those rules may give the 30 and 7 day time frame. It could also be that the agency allows the person requesting the information to give a reasonable time frame in order to get the information and that as long as it is reasonable, the agency will enforce it. But it appears that Article 29 only applies to data that is collected for creditworthiness.

Article 29 appears to only be when it comes to matters that affect credit or creditworthiness.

I can see how people think that and that is an honest way to look at it. But there are organizations and hospitals striving to reduce blood transfusions for a number of reasons. In the US there is an organization that is the leader in this.

It should be a personal decision, some people who aren't JWs don't want blood transfusions which is their right as well. But all hospitals are striving to reduce blood transfusions not just for patient outcomes but also for economic reasons. I agree with many people here, that it should not be forced upon anyone to refuse a blood transfusion, but it should be a personal decision.

Just like there are some Catholics who believe in abortions while the official policy is that abortions is a mortal sin. It should not be forced upon people to choose one way or the other.

But if you are saying that JWs are the only people that risk people's lives with their interpretation of medical procedures you have to look at other religions too. I am not talking about Christian Scientists. But look at Catholics and Catholic Hospitals, where it is the policy of the hospital not to perform abortions under any circumstances. There have been plenty of instances where a mother has needed an emergency abortion in order to save her life, but the hospital that she is at won't perform the procedure because of their religious beliefs.

I maybe. I am not sure if he meant that Bloodless surgery is when the person has no blood which is what he said or is it that it leads to the person having no blood. I am not sure. that is why I asked him to clarify that statement.

Orpan crow. I was not trying to accuse you of anything I wanted to get it clarified because you said:

Bloodless surgery does not mean that no blood is used in the surgery.

"Bloodless" means that the patient is bloodless - the patient's body has less blood in it than it should have. The patient's body is bloodless. Up to 80% of their blood is removed -a bloodless patient.

All my point was, most hospitals who have programs like this do not call it Bloodless Surgery or Bloodless Medicine. They call it now Blood Management or Blood Conservation program because the hospitals take a multi-discipline strateg that hospitals are using to reduce blood loss and blood use.
